We have a team of professionals with long-term experience with SAP products. Our aim is not to be just a call centre but to truly deliver high quality service that address the actual customer issues.
We support customers in multinational and multicultural environments (Europe, Easter Europe, Middle-East and Africa).
Our base communication languages are English and Czech.
We use well-know JIRA Service Desk software for management of individual customer issues / requests. Thanks to this, our customers can utilise Web service portal, knowledge base and other standard functions delivered by this tool.
